Winter Boots (That Aren’t Hideous)

At this point, I have done this exact post annually but it’s an important one when the weather starts to turn like it has.  It is pretty chilly out there and I need to have some winter boots to keep my feetsies warm and dry on my walk to work in the mornings.  We all have classic Uggs from previous seasons but here are some others that are different and some can actually get you through the snow without slipping (what is up with the soles on Uggs?!!!).  With a pair of leggings or skinny jeans, wear some wool socks (or these adorable version with ruffles) pulled up pretty high to pop out of the boot a bit for a super cute and practical look!

Warm Winter Boots

Top Row:  Tory Burch Jada Duck Boots (also love these with some warm socks) – $350 // Macalister Wedge Boots (these are comfy and so versatile) – $198 (30% off everything today on JCrew with code “GIFTNOW”) // Burberry Buckled Boots – $675 (absurd price, I know, but you’d like look an ice princess so I had to include) // Sperry for JCrew Shearwater Boots (also loving the plaid flannel version!) – $150 (30% off everything today on JCrew with code “GIFTNOW”)

Bottom Row:   Sorel Joan of Arctic Boots (the fur makes these fun)  – $150 // LK Bennett Cecily Bootie (biased because of the name obviously but these are an excellent option when you need to look a little dressier) -$445 // Ugg Maylin Full Cuff Boot (also love in the all black)  -$189 (was $270) // LL Bean Boots (a classic but I also love the shorter versions with shearling for a less rugged look) – $100

Whitney, the alternative is to move to LA where the weather will never require winter boots!
