First Quarter Shopping Update

8 Apr

By Whitney

As I have mentioned many times these past few months, I tried to go January – March only purchasing a few things.  First quarter of 2014 (1Q2014 to put it in my consulting job terms) has gone SWIMMINGLY and I actually stayed pretty strong.  Below are my purchases.  For the most part, everything was on sale or else it was reasonably priced.  Pastels are clearly a theme here with black pieces for work peaking in every now and then.   I tried to buy some pieces that can go from work to weekend and JCrew, as always, helped me achieve that.  What’s up next for 2Q2014?  I am focusing on finding some casual espadrille wedges, a classic trench in black or navy, some silk tops to pair with white or navy pants and some tweed blazers.  Stay tuned!!
