Fall is a comin’! Lots of cute stuff out there right now, accessories included. I can’t even imagine walking around in that Rebecca Taylor coat and the multiple ways you could rock that suede skirt are endless. Also, that JCrew field jacket in oxblood? You’ll wear it every day in October.

A few weeks ago, a girl getting her nails done next to me was wearing the sickest flats I’ve ever seen. We chatted and she told me about these Aquazzura flats shown below. It would be awesome to spend $700 on flats but I looked around to find some other cool options and found some winners!!
Top Row: Aquazurra Christy Flats – $675 // Loeffler Randall Saffron Wrap Sandals – $250 // Madewell Nora Flat – $85
Bottom Row: Anthropologie Billy Lace Up Flats – $178 // Rock & Republic Lace Up Flats – $25 (were $55) // Isabel Marant Leo Flat – $650
Happy May everyone! Spring has definitely sprung in nyc and the city is looking it’s prettiest. Hope everyone has fun plans for the derby and is wearing a big hat this weekend. xoxoxo
1. Times New Roman is the “sweatpants” of fonts for resumes.
2. Dreaming of wearing this dress this summer. If only it weren’t $1400.
3. The A to Z of Harry Potter. HP has come back into my life at full force and I’m all about it.
4. My favorite kind of jewelry – simple and clean. This ring is so easy.
5. I always post about dogs and have been told that I am being discriminatory about cats. Shoutout to Wilbur, basically the mascot of our business school years, but this article explains cats expressions and it was definitely not what I thought.
6. On my workout list this month? This 40 minute full body routine that had me sore for two days and this inner thigh workout (12 minutes) which I probably need to do every single day.
7. This gingham top and shorts combo from DVF – I DIE.
I did my closet switch-over this weekend and one of my favorite parts is reminding myself how much color I wear during the warmer months!! One of my favorite brands for awesome pops of color is Alice and Trixie. This brand makes the most gorgeous prints in silk dresses that will instantly make you smile. I wore an amazing strapless (Alice and Trixie maxi (!!) to the Lilly Beach Bash this past December (here’s a pic of me at the party!) and I couldn’t have channeled 60’s Palm Beach chic any better. I’m looking for my next Alice and Trixie and here are my favorites so far…
Tiffany Maxi (the back of this!) – $390
Jackie Shift Dress – $286
Andi Dress (I love the style of their maxis with the awesome shoulder cuts and the navy top) – $320
Sometimes we have a weekday evening that is just way better than others. Last night I attended the Milly for Kohl’s launch party at the Mondrian Soho (amazing venue!) and it was so much more fun than finishing my work on my couch for the night. The new line is inspired by “la dolce vita” and the pieces are summer chic. The line features some really fun pieces. This crop top + skirt white combo, matching Milly for you and your munchkinette and this perfect striped tee. My favorite item in the collection? This black & white dress with LEMON accents. So cute!
I loved seeing the celebs modeling the fun pieces (and Michelle Smith the designer herself!). Could Hannah Davis be any more gorgeous? It’s like she glows from the inside.
How stunning is this ceiling???
Milly Italian Cady Shell Top – $230 // Tibi Ribbon Bow Skirt – $550 // JCrew Pearl Hammock Necklace – $98
I did some returning this weekend (no purchasing!) and was in JCrew and saw some great spring arrivals. About time, JCrew (even Mickey had to admit they had a pretty crappy year in women’s – I literally did not buy one thing from them since last spring). Anyway, spring is here so let’s get our closets ready!

Things that are hard for me these days include getting up early to go to the gym when it is snowing/icing like crazy AND creating lust lists when I am not shopping. Do you guys believe it? I’ve bought one blazer since Christmas and that is the only purchase I’ve made in 2015. Trying to stay strong!!! Meanwhile, my eyes are lusting over the below. Sigh.
Clockwise from top left: DVF Delancey Suede Cut Out Sandals – $500 // JCrew Swing Skirt (in three great colors) – $70 // Brochu Walker Sweater Dress (I’ve put this on here before but I love it so much it had to come back) – $239 (was $398) // Austen Heller Navy Porter Loafer – $195 // Kate Spade Bekki Sweater (in lots of colors) – $112 (was $188) // Steamline Correspondent Luggage (Umm Business Barbie here I come!) – starting at $310 // Sonix iPhone 6 Case – $35 // Zara Jacket (I have this thermal-ey fabric blazer in gray and I loooove) – $129 // Sailboat Print Scarf – $25 // Tibi Bibelot Halter Dress (this is a perfect cocktail dress for all year round) – $208 (was $298) // Bond No 9 NY Scent of Peace Candle – $95 // JCrew Foliage Bar Bracelet – $68 // Henri Bendel Debutante Carryall – $450
Affordable jewelry is always a great thing to buy when you are on a budget (ME). Moon and Lola is a great brand known for their fun monograms but they’ve been branching out into some non-personalized items and I am loving them. They are easy, pair well with lots of stuff and don’t break the bank. A+ combination.
Chrysler Oval Studs (come in lots of colors) – $42 // Dove Necklace – $58 // Rose Hill Bangle – $56 // Sines Ring – $24 // Faro Ring – $32 // Soho Studs – $52 // Gramercy Studs – $68
So yesterday I was half asleep but had a million things to do. The one thing I couldn’t muster? A cute outfit. I threw on an oversized sweater and leggings but I was running everywhere so sneakers were more ideal. Finding a pair of cute sneakers isn’t always easy. Here are some of my favorites below.
Top Row: JCrew Nike Vintage Collection Sneakers – $85 // New Balance for Kate Spade Saturday – $95 // Loeffler Randall Rio Sneaker – $295
Bottom Row: New Balance 420 Sneaker – $75 // Tory Burch Delancey Sneaker – $185 // Nike Pre Montreal Sneaker – $85
